Each abstract must be written in English in one page of PDF format including figures. File size is limited to1MB.
Authors should prepare abstracts using the template [MS-word, PDF].
Deadline for Abstracts is October 31, 2018.
Important Notice for Student Session
- The submissions are preliminary screened for technological and scientific quality, and selected papers are to be presented by the authors as finalists in the student oral session. As for the other papers, opportunities of presentations will be provided in general oral / poster sessions and the authors who wish to it can propose to the session chairman.
- Single authored papers by graduate students, undergraduate students, or students in technical colleges or in senior high schools are welcome.
Co-authored papers can be submitted, only when a student in the above categories has made a principal contribution to the paper and is registered as the first author to make a presentation at the symposium.
- Current Ph.D. students may submit a paper to the student session only if the content is based on their Master's or undergraduate senior research. Ongoing Ph.D. thesis research shall be presented in general sessions.
