*Fees for regular and student participants include On-Site Digital Medium, which will include all the papers presented at the Symposium.

*Participants who are not pre-registered will be unable to make a presentation in principle. Please be aware that the regular and student participants will be allowed to present a paper at the Symposium. Accompanying persons cannot attend any technical sessions.

*Commendation & Closing Ceremony fee is not included in Registration Fee.

*The Organizing Committee of the 29th ISTS is planning two kinds of ″International Space Exhibition″. One is a ″ Business Space Exhibition″ at the Nagoya Convention Center (Exhibition Period : June 3 (Mon.) – June 5 (Wed.) and the Other is a ″ Public Space Exhibition″ at Nagoya City Museum(Exhibition period : June 2 – June 8, June 3 is closed). Admission fees for a Business and a Public International Space Exhibition are free. But please note that participants need to pay 400 Japanese Yen as admission fees for Nagoya City Museum.


All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) or bank transfer. No other type of payment will be accepted.

Bank transfer fees must be paid by participants.

Refund Policies

Cancellation must be made to the secretariat in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail.

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation is received in writing on or before May 17, 2013 (JST). No refund will be made for cancellation on or after May 18, 2013 (JST).

Refund should be made in the same method as you paid. Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.


Confirmation letter can be printed out from the on-line registration page. Please do not lose your registration ID and password. Those will be required when printing out your confirmation letter.

Please remember to take your confirmation letter to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival.

Receipt will be given with congress kit at the on-site registration desk.
