The book-type Proceedings of the presented papers is not published. Instead, high-quality papers will be published in an ISTS special issue of “Transactions of JSASS (The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences), Aerospace Technology Japan,” a JSASS on-line journal. The submission of a paper to the journal is not automatic; the authors need to re-submit the paper on the website which will be available after the symposium.
It is very important that the authors themselves must make a camera-ready manuscript to the on-line journal. It is the authors’ responsibility to make the style of the manuscript completely follow the journal style. If not, the paper may be rejected against publication.
There are two types as a special issue article. Both are peer-reviewed articles and must have quality suitable for publication as the JSASS article, and relevance to space technologies, space sciences and/or space technology development.
Original paper : Papers which contain original, quantitative, detailed technical and/or scientific material that is supported by specific accomplishments.
Topics : Papers which report material that has scientific and/or technological usefulness, or has contribution to human society.
Papers of ISTS after 2000 are available in ISTS Web Paper Archives.
